About Me

Dr Kemi Adeyemi

MBBS AKC (King’s College London – GKT School of Medical Education)

My Philosophy...

"Good medicine starts with good communication. Every woman deserves to understand what is happening in her own body."

Hello, I'm Kemi. I'm a resident doctor with a background in rheumatology and immunology research, and a passion for making women's health more visible, more accessible, and better understood.

I graduated from GKT School of Medical Education, King's College London, and am currently working as an FY1 doctor at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. My specialist clinical interest is rheumatology — a field I have been fortunate to contribute to through peer-reviewed research, including a publication in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases.

Alongside my clinical work, I lead the marketing and content strategy at The Women's Hormone Clinic. I manage our social media presence and create educational content that puts women's hormone health at the centre of the conversation - because I firmly believe that informed women are empowered women.

I have an interest in digital health and the role that technology and communication can play in transforming how women access medical information and personalised care. Too often, women navigate their health in the dark. Clear, honest, evidence-based information changes that.

How I work

I split my time between my clinical role at King's College Hospital and my work at The Women's Hormone Clinic, where I lead on content, communications and digital health strategy. Writing, educating and communicating about women's health is something I care about deeply - and I am proud to do it alongside a team that shares that commitment.

When I'm not Working

Outside of medicine, you'll find me at the gym, on the football pitch, or spending time with friends and family. Staying active keeps me grounded - and sport has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember.
