My Philosophy...

How I work
As a British Menopause Society accredited practitioner, holding the advanced certificate in Menopause care and running my own NHS clinic, I am experienced in helping women navigate all the stages of menopause. I integrate sensible advice, lifestyle changes and holistic care with evidence-based intervention and prescribing. I understand the challenges that menopause can place on women already juggling work, family, friends and self, and the need to feel listened to and in control at a time of real change.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do work I love, helping women navigate the complexities of their health while also enjoying a full and active life outside of medicine.
When I'm not Working
Outside of work, my life is full of family and adventure. I’m lucky to share my days with my wonderful husband and our two boys, aged 10 and 11. We love being outdoors together — kayaking, sailing, and walking the coastal path — and I also enjoy exercising with friends, which keeps me energised and grounded.
