My Philosophy...

"Every woman’s body and hormone profile is different and every woman deserves the time and space to fully express her symptoms, concerns, and life context."

Hi there, I’m Rebecca and I believe that women should never feel rushed or dismissed when discussing their hormonal health; every woman deserves the time and space to fully express her symptoms, concerns, and life context. These aspects can be complex and deeply personal, and it's essential to address them in an unhurried and calm environment.

That's why I am dedicated to offering a supportive and empathetic space where you can share your experiences without feeling rushed. By taking the time to understand your unique situation, I can tailor hormone rebalancing treatments to meet your individual needs. This personalised approach ensures that you receive the most effective care possible.

In addition to hormone treatments, I provide holistic lifestyle advice that complements medication to support your overall wellbeing. Whether it's through nutrition, exercise, stress management, or other wellness practices, my goal is to help you achieve a balanced and healthy life.

Remember, your health journey is important, and you deserve to be heard and supported every step of the way. Let's work together to create a plan that empowers you to feel your best.

How I work

I’m a GP in a busy (aren’t they all!) NHS practice in the Wirral, with a particular focus on the incredibly important, but often overlooked, areas of PMS, PMDD, PCOS, and the symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause all of which can drastically affect a woman’s well-being.  I have undertaken extensive training in Women’s Health including at Liverpool Women’s Hospital and am also a GP educator and regular contributor to local menopause specialist groups. I work at TWHC one to two days a week and offer online appointments.

When I'm not Working

I’m a mum of three children (aged nine, six and two) and, three children not being enough of a handful, now also have a cockapoo puppy named Luna.  In the odd spare minute that the children and dog allow me, I love reading, walking, coffee with friends, yoga, and Peloton rides.
