My Philosophy...

“When women gain insight into their hormonal health, they unlock the power to make informed choices that lead to lasting well-being.”

Hello there, I'm Rebecca, and I want to share a bit about myself and my passion for Women's Health.  I believe that all women should feel truly heard and understood in their healthcare journey. Excellent Women’s Healthcare begins with actively listening and forming a real connection; sadly, this is not always possible with a standard GP consultation. That's why I founded The Women’s Hormone Clinic in 2019. My mission is to provide women with the time and space to be truly heard, empowering them to understand their hormonal health deeply, so they can move forward with confidence and embrace their health journey with a smile.

Hormonal imbalances are common and can affect women at various stages of life. Whether it's PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, or menopause, I focus on understanding the root cause of your symptoms and offer comprehensive treatment plans tailored to your needs. I have a particular interest in hormonal migraines, a condition that affects many women due to fluctuations in hormone levels. These migraines can become more frequent and severe during perimenopause, and I am committed to helping women find effective strategies to manage and alleviate their symptoms.

So, if you're ready to take control of your health and feel your best, come and see us at The Women’s Hormone Clinic. Let's embark on this journey together and make it a fulfilling and empowering experience!

How I work

After over 10 years in an NHS GP practice, I now work solely with patients at The Women’s Hormone Clinic. I offer high-quality, unrushed, bespoke treatment plans combining hormone therapy and lifestyle support. I hold online consultations on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility for follow-ups.

When I'm not Working

As a mum of three teenagers, I love being outdoors — walking on the Downs with my dog, going to festivals, sailing, and swimming in the sea whenever I can.
