My Philosophy...
“Every woman deserves to feel like herself again, with the right support and hormone care tailored to her individual needs.”
Hello I’m Ginny. I’m passionate about supporting women through every stage of life, from puberty through to menopause and beyond. So many women live with hormone imbalances that can cause debilitating conditions such as PMS, PMDD, PCOS and other symptoms associated with the complex effects of perimenopause and menopause. These aren’t just 'part of being a woman’ they deserve understanding, respect and the right treatment.
At The Women's Hormone Clinic, we take every symptom and every woman seriously. I believe personalised hormone care should be the standard, not the exception. With the right advice and treatment plan, informed by up-to-date, evidence-based medicine, we can manage your symptoms, regain confidence and feel like yourself again. My approach combines clinical insight and compassion, always tailored to every woman’s unique story and individual health needs.
I’m also a committed advocate for better research into women’s health. For too long, medical research has focused mainly on men, leaving gaps in the care women receive. That’s why I champion long-term investment in women’s health studies and support a future where all women have access to the care they truly deserve.
I’m proud to work with a dedicated, expert team here at The Women’s Hormone Clinic. We’re united by a shared belief: no woman should be left to ‘just get on with it’ when it comes to her hormones.

How I work
I split my time between a local GP Practice, my work as a Menopause Specialist at King’s College Hospital, London and my role at The Woman’s Hormone Clinic where I consult with patients to find the right approach and treatment, contribute to ongoing research, and speak publicly to raise awareness about menopause. My career has taken me abroad including time working in New Zealand and with MSF in East Africa.
When I'm not Working
I love staying active, you’ll often find me outdoors, cycling, running, and taking part in HYROX events with friends. Fitness helps me stay mentally and physically well, whilst also being fun and social.
